40 Cengkareng Residents Trained to Be Food and Beverage Entrepreneurs

40 Cengkareng Sub-district residents participated in food and beverage entrepreneurship training in Cabe Rawit Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), Rawa Buaya Urban Village, West Jakarta on Monday (4/8).

Because their skills and attitude become the determinant of their success in entrepreneurship

West Jakarta Industry and Energy (PE) Sub-district provided this training for participants who are mostly youths in order to motivate and support them to be independent food and beverage entrepreneurs.

Prospective Entrepreneurs Participated in Four PKT Trainings in Sawah Besar

One of the participants named Ilham (27), resident of RT 11/12 Cengkareng Timur expressed, he wants to continue his mother's catering business thus he takes this training to develop his skills.

"I have experiences from helping my deceased mother in running her catering business. So, I want to gain more skills especially about food and beverages entrepreneurship in this training,"

Another participant, Chandra (26), resident of Kresek at RT 06/12 Duri Kosambi Urban Village who sells accessories with his sisters admitted to try this chance.

"I want to give it a try. I really hope this training can improve our economy," he asserted.

There was also motivator in this training who motivated and coached the participants in this program. He was Andi Hidayat, who encouraged them to focus on their progress and for not easily discouraged to achieve success.

"Because their skills and attitude become the determinant of their success in entrepreneurship," he stated.
